To register, please click the "Sign Up" link in the top right corner of this screen and follow the instructions. You may click the City of Chelan icon at the top of the screen at any time to return to the home page. Once logged in you will be able to:
SUBMIT AN APPLICATION ONLINE
Permit Applications, Forms and Handouts can be found by clicking on the "Documents" icon below, under Other Services.
To submit an application please begin by logging into the Permit Center and clicking on "Go" button under "My Portal". Click on the button "Apply Online" and enter the requested information. You begin by selecting the department you wish to apply for as well as the permit type. Then enter the project address or parcel number.
The system will only allow you to submit an application when all of the required information is provided. Including at minimum:
Each Permit Type will state which documents are required in order to submit your application and what can be deferred.
Please name each document to be uploaded accordingly, such as:
Revisions to issued permits should be sent directly to the Permit Center email with the property location address in the subject line. All requested changes shall be clouded on the revised plans and a complete resubmittal of any updated documents is required.
REQUEST AN INSPECTION ONLINE
Online inspection requests must be submitted by 3:00 pm to be scheduled for the next business day. Inspection requests submitted after 3:00 pm will be scheduled for two business days later.
All FINAL INSPECTION requests must be submitted TWO FULL BUSINESS DAYS prior to the requested inspection date.
